Outstanding experience! The pool area was spotless, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The water was clean, the facilities were in excellent condition, and the entire place had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It was clear that they take pride in keeping everything clean, safe, and enjoyable for their guests. I had a great time and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and enjoyable pool experience!

The Arlington Park pool is a great place for lap swimming in Sarasota. We have been here twice so far, and both visits were excellent. The facility has a large pool with 20 25-meter lanes, plus a smaller pool with 4 additional lanes, so there is plenty of room for serious lap swimming. The water was clean, the setting is pleasant, and there is plenty of parking. That said, there is no guarantee that you will have a lane to yourself. On our most recent visit, we arrived when the pool opened at 10AM, and by 11:30AM about half of the lanes were being used by a scuba class. It was still manageable, but if you prefer your own lane, earlier is probably better. One practical tip: create an account with the City of Sarasota ahead of time through the city’s recreation reservation system. Otherwise, you may spend an extra five minutes at the reception desk getting set up. The only thing we wish were better is communication about pool closures. The center had closure notices posted at the entrance, but that information was not available on the city website, at least not where we could find it. For lap swimmers planning their visit, online closure updates would be very helpful. Overall

One of the best parks in Sarasota to visit even if you’re permanently in a wheelchair. Staff is outstanding and so are the lifeguards. If you make this place and Lido Beach your daily routine, you will have a wonderful time meeting new friends and getting your daily workouts. Be prepared to swim and not just lie around in the sunshine. No lazy members allowed πŸ˜‚

Arlington Park Sarasota is a great local spot with trails, tennis, a playground, and a nice pool. It’s clean and peaceful, but some areas could use upkeep and parking can be tight. Still, an awesome place to relax or get active.

I took my son here. Love the fitness area here! There's a separate playground on the other side of the fence but it's definitely for toddlers and little kids. He made it work for a few minutes. There are paved walking trails as well. The aquatic center looks great but we didn't go in. Nice Olympic pool and more. Nice park!
